Compensation: Competitive salary of £45k plus bonus, with a flexible work schedule of 4 days per week.

As a champion of quality assurance within the organization, you will have the opportunity to implement cutting-edge testing methodologies and deliver insightful feedback. Your capability to comprehend user requirements, make informed decisions based on data, and collaborate seamlessly with business analysts and developers is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, Web, Backend, UX, QA, Product, Business Analysis) to design and implement new features.
  • Define and enhance the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by collecting and integrating user feedback.
  • Contribute to both the strategic direction and execution of product development.
  • Adopt agile practices, experiment with tools and processes, and prioritize rapid feedback loops.
  • Utilize user insights and data to inform product improvements.
  • Engage in company-wide initiatives aimed at addressing shared challenges and elevating product quality.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality through the application of QA testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Participate in regular one-on-one sessions with your engineering lead for mentorship and professional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Cypress, automation testing, JavaScript, Typescript, Playwright, and frontend testing.
  • Deeply committed to quality assurance and enhancing user experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to excel in a dynamic, agile work environment.
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance practices.
