Real Estate Law - Associate Solicitor

Overview

William James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's award-winning Commercial Real Estate team. As a Real Estate Law Associate, you will work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on the energy sector.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm and work on high-profile real estate projects. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and solutions to clients, including multinational corporations and FTSE 100 companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and disposals
  • Provide legal advice on real estate matters, including lease agreements and property development
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with other teams, including finance and tax, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to client projects

Requirements

  • Commercial Property Lawyer with 3+ years post-qualification experience from a national/international firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Strong academic background, with a law degree from a reputable institution
