Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with mental health problems.
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy plans aligned to care plans.
- Manage a designated caseload and provide support to junior staff.
- Contribute to the development of policies, protocols, and care pathways.
- Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
- UK HCPC Registration.
- Extensive post-qualification clinical experience in mental health.
- Knowledge of occupational frames of reference and approaches.
- Highly effective clinical reasoning skills.
- Specialist knowledge of assessment and treatment models.
- Annual salary of £40,040.
