Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor

Flagship Consulting, a leading Property Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Leisure.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role. They will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have good communication and client-facing skills, as well as a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects across multiple sectors, from inception to completion
  • Work closely with a team of experienced professionals to deliver projects
