Compliance Manager Role at The Sterling Choice

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at The Sterling Choice, a leading business in the food manufacturing industry. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with all customer and 3rd party legislation and codes of practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance at all times.
  • Support the preparation and close-out of internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
