Job Title: Principal Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Engineer to join our team in Exeter or Bristol, with hybrid working available. As a key member of our engineering team, you will report directly to the Regional Discipline Lead or Regional Engineering Lead and be responsible for providing exceptional quality Engineering Design services to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the design and produce design documents and drawings, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external disciplines to ensure seamless design coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of customer satisfaction, recognizing the importance of meeting customer needs in achieving business objectives.
  • Minimize waste and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Ensure designs take into account environmental considerations and adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Lead and manage members of staff in designing relevant discipline aspects of water and sewage treatment plants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex water industry engineering projects.
Requirements:
  • Relevant discipline Engineering degree.
  • Strong understanding of water and sewage treatment principles, with a bias towards water.
  • Significant experience in technical delivery of process plant systems on complex water industry engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in digital design tools.
  • Driving license.
