We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our reputable client, a prominent European Manufacturer.
As a key member of their close-knit and welcoming team, your primary responsibilities will include managing order processing, generating and dispatching purchase orders, verifying orders, taking messages, and communicating with select external suppliers. You will also provide timely updates regarding supply delays and shortages to the sales team in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator:
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure accurate pricing and quotations are provided to customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Utilize the CRM system to monitor projects and updates.
  • Ensure that clear and precise documentation is delivered to the order entry team.
  • Work in conjunction with the external area sales manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the team's requirements.
Requirements for the Sales Support Coordinator:
  • Prior experience in office administration or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT systems with strong data entry capabilities.
  • A proactive approach in a dynamic and reactive environment.

Additional Information:

This position necessitates onsite presence due to the use of a barcode system.
