Job Title: International Account Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding sales and profitability across the European and Middle Eastern regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Performance: Achieve targeted sales volumes and revenue, ensuring profitability within EMEA markets.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute annual plans to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
  • Channel Strategies: Implement effective channel strategies and product range plans with distributors to accelerate growth and optimise profitability, aligned with market objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to create and execute integrated business plans focused on growth and profitability.
  • Reporting: Report monthly sales volumes and communicate any changes to budget, targets, or expected annual profit delivery to senior management.
  • Distributor Partnerships: Collaborate with local distributors to develop and implement joint business plans with major retailers in each market.


Requirements:


  • Education: Ideally educated to a degree level.
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, with full market or trade channel accountability.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding and appreciation of international high-fashion, beauty, and lifestyle markets.
  • Selling Skills: Demonstrated expertise in key selling skills, with a history of leveraging these skills to achieve significant outcomes.
