About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at DS Recruiting Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients across various sites in London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
  • Collaborate with the HSE Director to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction industry
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent NVQ qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
