Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Midwifery Leader to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and engagement of technology in maternity services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and digital health, with experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and developing clinical information systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of technology to support midwifery practice and improving patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and adoption of digital technologies in maternity services
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement clinical information systems
  • Develop and maintain clinical information systems to support midwifery practice
  • Ensure the effective use of technology to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to support digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
  • Registered Midwife with a strong background in digital health
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams
