Main Duties
  1. Manage and analyze quality control data, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  2. Maintain accurate records of test results and store data within our system, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
  3. Procure and manage laboratory supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  4. Review and enter quality data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Review analytical results and FPY data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and implement environmental strategies, driving sustainability and reducing our ecological footprint.
  7. Build and maintain a robust environmental culture throughout the organization, promoting a culture of sustainability.
  8. Attend and chair relevant meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  9. Prepare and calibrate chemical standards, ensuring accuracy and precision in our testing processes.
  10. Conduct regular equipment checks, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  11. Complete analytical tests before product release, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  12. Provide regular quality results updates at communications meetings, keeping stakeholders informed.
  13. Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan.
  14. Manage the results database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  15. Store and maintain retained analytical samples, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  16. Record and store data, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
  17. Develop and maintain a robust environmental system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  18. Support the Lead Auditor and Customer Services team in maintaining the ARF System and administering the weekly SHEQ meetings.
  19. Assist with improvement projects, driving business growth and innovation.

Your normal working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm as required by the business, with a minimum of 7.5 hours each day and a 30-minute unpaid break.
