Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Swift Placements. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001 requirements.
- Ensure compliance to customer specifications.
- Manage and resolve customer, supplier, and internal non-conformances.
- Conduct process and product audits periodically.
- Generate process-related documentation, including work instructions, quality alerts, PFMEA's, control plans, etc.
- Support with production trials.
- Develop and report on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) within the business.
- Oversee customer and internally driven engineering changes.
- Supervise and lead a team of 3.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience of quality tools, including PPAP, FMEA & APQP.
- Experience utilizing IMDS.
- Understanding of lean techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience operating CMM, Faro Arm, and Polyworks.
- Attention to detail.
