We are seeking a compassionate and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to develop their skills and confidence
  • Assist with day-to-day activities such as personal care, education, and leisure activities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and supportive environment for our young people
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Compassionate and caring approach to working with young people
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
