Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional HR service across the business, providing guidance and support to line managers on employee lifecycle and ER queries.
- Populate the HR System and work with L&D to identify training needs.
- Work with line managers to resolve employee-related issues and provide support on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an HR Advisory capacity within a unionized environment.
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
