Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Search. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing client payments and direct debits, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage client payments and direct debits in our CRM/billing system
- Calculate and prepare direct debit reviews and increase review letters
- Handle and follow up on direct debit rejections and resolve payment queries efficiently
- Manage client interactions using our CPL/RPM system and maintain accurate notes of all phone calls
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-discipline and motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
