About the Role

As a Designate Centre Manager at Halfords, you will play a vital role in supporting our local centres within a reasonable travel time. You will lead the in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation, driving a culture that prioritizes professionalism and customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to deliver centres that are not only commercially excellent but also safe and compliant.

Requirements
  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training
  • Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimizing profit
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
