Creating a positive first impression is essential. We are looking for an individual who can effectively welcome our members and guests to the facility. Your confidence and empathy will be key in delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse range of individuals.

As a Customer Service Receptionist at our Milton Keynes Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone. You should be adaptable, driven, and proactive, with fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.

As a Member of the Customer Service Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of our reception and café areas.
  • Fostering a welcoming, comfortable, and professional atmosphere.
  • Delivering exceptional and prompt service to all visitors to our facility.
  • Providing a warm greeting, addressing inquiries in a considerate and helpful manner, ensuring everyone feels appreciated.
  • Assisting the clinical team by professionally welcoming clinical appointments to help maintain a high standard of service.
