About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Carer, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and medication administration
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the Care Manager
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in a care setting or a similar role
  • A kind and compassionate heart, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
