About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer, you will provide legal support and advice to our credit finance business unit, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and advice to the credit finance business unit
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leveraged finance law
  • Strong background in UK and EU regulatory law
  • Experience with fund finance and CLOs is beneficial but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
