Your Role
As a Senior Construction Project Leader, you will be instrumental in managing project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
  • Contractor Oversight: Select and supervise subcontractors, manage the bidding process, and negotiate contracts.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory standards.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Foster strong communication among team members and stakeholders, demonstrating robust leadership.
  • Timeline Coordination: Create and manage project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Background in renewable energy is advantageous but not essential.
  • Background: Knowledge in electrical, civil, or roofing sectors is beneficial. An SMSTS qualification is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, proficient communication and reporting skills, problem-solving aptitude, and risk management expertise.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license, willingness to travel and stay away from home during projects.
