Job Title: Plant Operative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operative to join our team at our Colemans Asphalt Plant near Frome.

As a Plant Operative, you will be responsible for controlling the fixed and mobile plant to produce asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain fixed and mobile plant equipment to produce asphalt
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Monitor and control production processes to achieve high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with site management to achieve operational efficiency and environmental awareness
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
