About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Assistant to support our team member with daily tasks and activities. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our team member's independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with household tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompany our team member on social and leisure activities, such as shopping, going out to cafes, and visiting places of interest
  • Provide transportation using a full UK driving license
  • Support with organizing and managing daily tasks and activities
  • Assist with caring for our team member's pets, including two dogs and three cats
Requirements
  • Must be a car driver with a full UK driving license
  • Have a good understanding of visual impairment and be able to provide support accordingly
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
Training and Development
  • Essential PA Guide training
  • Safeguarding Adults/Children training
  • Moving & Handling training
  • Safe Administration of Medication training
