Purpose of the job:
We are seeking two trustworthy and pleasant companions to support a woman with CRPS, FND, and awaiting ADHD and autism diagnosis. The successful candidates will assist with daily living tasks, outdoor activities, and leisure facilities, as well as meal planning and cooking.
The ideal candidates will have good written and communication skills, be flexible in attitude and working day, and be able to develop a rapport with the individual. Experience with physical disabilities, ADHD, and autism is desired but not essential.
Duties & Tasks:
- Assist with making meals and washing up
- Support with shopping and accessing the local community for social and leisure activities
- Assist with household tasks and pet care
- Hold a full clean driving licence
- Any other reasonable request made by the individual
Holiday Entitlement:
You will be entitled to 5.6 weeks each year pro rata. You will be required to give at least two weeks' notice for any holiday required so that alternative arrangements can be made.
