As we broaden our reach in the North West region, we are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead business development and advocate for our recycling services.
Job Overview:
In the role of Sales Executive within the recycling sector, you will be tasked with cultivating and expanding our clientele in the North West area. Your main objective will be to generate new business prospects, establish robust relationships with clients, and promote our recycling services to enterprises, local authorities, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients in the North West region to promote our recycling services.
- Conduct market analysis to grasp client requirements, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue goals and driving business growth.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to guarantee smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the recycling sector or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for influencing and negotiating effectively.
- Strong customer service focus and a proactive approach to relationship building.
- Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices and trends in the recycling industry is advantageous.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to meet targets.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the North West region.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
(Total of 35 hours per week)
