Position Overview
Join a leading organization as a Multi Skilled Engineer. This role is essential in supporting the engineering team within a thriving manufacturing environment, focusing on both maintenance and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive engineering support for both breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Identify and procure necessary components and tools for repairs and enhancements.
- Execute electrical and mechanical installations within your expertise.
- Make informed decisions to resolve breakdowns and complete individual projects efficiently.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs as per your skill set and operational requirements.
- Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain all site assets to high operational standards, ensuring reliability and adherence to site requirements.
- Utilize SAP for logging maintenance activities (training will be provided).
- Uphold engineering standards across the site by delivering functional support and expertise.
- Monitor and report on relevant engineering KPIs.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted under a clearly defined and communicated safe system of work, with proper risk assessments.
- Manage parts inventory effectively to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate effectively with both the engineering and production teams.
- Adhere to all company certifications and engage actively in health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills
- Multi-Skilled Engineer with a focus on electrical systems.
- Experience in a production or service setting, ideally within the print or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in electrical and mechanical installations.
- Proficient in using PLC I/O for diagnostics.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable about current legislation and European directives relevant to this role.
- Self-driven and composed under pressure, with a logical approach to problem-solving while prioritizing safety.
- Innovative mindset within the engineering domain.
- Flexible regarding work schedules and meticulous in task execution.
