Role Overview: Project Coordinator Specialist
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our expanding organization as a Project Coordinator Specialist.
The successful candidate will serve as a primary contact for both new and existing clients, managing communications with local authorities, preparing quotes, planning projects, and overseeing the invoicing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of a portfolio of projects and clients to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Handling incoming inquiries and processing internal requests.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Recording all client and project data in the appropriate company systems while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Managing purchase order coverage from clients to facilitate timely invoicing of completed projects.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in an office setting.
