Revit Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CAD/Revit Technician to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures using CAD and Revit software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD and Revit software to create accurate technical drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures.
• Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and sketches into detailed technical drawings.
• Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and optimize construction processes.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD/Revit software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Revit modeling software to support modular design.
• Previous experience in modular construction or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards in the UK.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
