Modular Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Modular Designer to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CAD and Revit software to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of modular building components and structures.
  • Work closely with the design team to translate concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  • Ensure that designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and optimize construction processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CAD/Revit software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
