Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent DX Group in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive representation of the company.
  • Drive vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all legal and company requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Scan products using DX scanning equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of goods.
  • Load and secure products safely prior to departure, ensuring the integrity of the goods during transportation.
  • Manage routing and delivery schedules, prioritizing premium and timed deliveries to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure the use of correct equipment and PPE, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies.
  • Report any delivery or on-road issues to the traffic office promptly, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Deliver products in excellent condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collect and transport goods in accordance with given instructions and schedules.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a valid C1 or above license with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
  • Maximum of 6 points on license and no bans.
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
