**JOB SUMMARY**

**The Role**: Forklift Truck Driver

Lesters, the large packaging specialists, are looking for a Forklift Truck driver to join our warehousing team. This is a busy FLT role with a constant flow of deliveries in and out of the warehouse throughout the day.

Applicants must have a valid Forklift Truck License issued by a UK accrediting body.

**Key Duties**
- Load and unload deliveries according to the booking sheets ensuring you maximise the best use of space on the vehicle whilst adhering to allocated booking slots for inward deliveries.
- Move and stack materials expertly utilising warehousing space
- Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
- Spot lorries and allocate stock as needed
- Work in a safe and efficient manner adhering to traffic management procedures and speed limits on site at all times.
- General housekeeping duties in the production area and duties as assigned
- Any other duties that are within your capabilities

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
