Contracts Engineer - Pumps Job Overview

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Contracts Engineer to join our team in Camberley. As a key member of our Contracts Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts and materials in line with the pre-determined program of works.
  • Monitor project costs, timelines, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Assist in coordinating installations and commissioning of pumping station equipment to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the pump station, construction, or civil engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • Pension: Upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, you will be auto-enrolled into the Company pension scheme (if eligible).
  • Holiday: 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.

The working hours are 39 hours per week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Friday: 08:30 - 16:00, with a 30-minute lunch break

Salary: £35K to £40K, depending on experience.
