Job Title: Pump Specialist

Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Pump Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing contracts for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new and existing sewage and surface water pumping station equipment.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts and materials in line with the pre-determined program of works.
  • Monitoring project costs, timelines, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Assisting in coordinating installations and commissioning of pumping station equipment to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the pump station, construction, or civil engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include:

  • Pension: Upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, you will be auto-enrolled into the Company pension scheme (if eligible).
  • Holiday: 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.

The working hours are 39 hours per week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Friday: 08:30 - 16:00, with a 30-minute lunch break
