Your shift patterns will be variable.

As a Catering Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional food and customer service
  • Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit operations, including inventory management, budget monitoring, and action plan implementation
  • Regularly communicating with your line manager to track KPIs and targets
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding a positive brand image
  • Identifying opportunities for innovative service concepts to enhance sales
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to consistently exceed expectations
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Our ideal Catering Operations Supervisor will:
