Job Title: Account Manager

We are excited to be partnered with a market leading supplier of Custodial Furniture who are growing their team.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on generating and nurturing leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client's custodial furniture products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably having experience dealing with Main Contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
