About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd in Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers interested in our developments, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
  • Proactively contact customers to provide information and answer questions about our developments and the lifestyle they offer.
  • Work closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
  • Show customers apartments and provide detailed information about the site, including floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. Previous experience in new homes sales, particularly in the retirement market, is desirable but not essential.

You will be responsible for demonstrating professional and responsible selling at all times, working independently, and using IT databases to manage customer interactions. A valid UK driver's license is required for occasional visits to customers off-site.
