About the Role

Baxter is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join our team in Thetford. As a key member of our EHS team, you will provide critical support to all aspects of the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage environmental, workplace safety, and industrial hygiene programs
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs to ensure compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures, legislation, and safe working practices
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in the delivery of risk assessments, accident/incident investigations, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the EHS and Purchasing teams to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety
Requirements
  • Experience in workplace risk assessments, internal audits, and emergency response plans
  • Accident and incident investigation and related CAPs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
