We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at My Care My Home. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
As a Home Care Assistant, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care services, promoting independence and dignity for our service users. Your role will involve supporting with personal care, light household duties, and medication management, as well as providing general companionship.
We offer a range of flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle, including part-time and full-time contracts, with the option of extra bank hours. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with 'business use' car insurance are essential for this role.
What We Can Offer:- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, including weekends.
- A weekend Shift Allowance of £10.00 per day.
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile, with the option to use a Fuel Card.
- Travel time allowance of £11.44 per hour for continuous calls from one service user to another.
- A free eye test voucher and a money-off coupon for a pair of glasses at Specsavers opticians.
- The option to be paid Weekly or Monthly.
- A £500 Refer a Friend scheme (subject to conditions).
- Free uniform and full PPE.
- Paid induction training, including shadowing in the field.

We do not require any formal qualifications or previous experience in the care sector. Full training and support will be provided. An enhanced DBS check will be actioned as part of the pre-employment process.
