Relocation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relocation Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our removals and logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the relocation of individuals and families around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their relocation needs are met.
- Book and manage removal services, including calculating quotes and preparing documentation.
- Liaise with operations, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and transportation of goods.
- Deal with customs clearances, insurance forms, and international border control.
- Assist with the training of relocation administrators and help with their progression to relocation coordinators.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and email management.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in removals, transport, logistics, shipping, or freight (imports/exports).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good administration and data entry experience.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
