Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounts/Sales Executive to join our team at Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
