About the Role
The successful candidate will work as a member of the First Point of Contact team, providing advice, information and assistance on Independent Living Services to members of the public, linking into Health and Social Care Services and referring to other agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond sensitively to individual's circumstances
- Manage resources effectively and provide excellent outcomes for customers
- Work collaboratively with Health and Social Care Services and other agencies
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services
Requirements
- Excellent communications and IT skills
- Experience of working within a Social Care, Health, 3rd Sector or Advice giving environment
- Ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and Community Languages
