Civil Engineering Technician Job Description

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the commercial development sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to our Civil Engineering team, working on projects throughout the Northwest.
  • Assist in the monitoring and management of contract activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Liaise with technical and project team managers and staff regarding planning and programming of project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain electronic drawing data records and archives, utilizing CAD software.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and oral communication.
  • Experience in IT systems such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365.
  • A full UK Driving License.
