About the Role

We are looking for a creative individual who can deliver entrepreneurial front of house operations with a heavy focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. As a Front of House Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable experiences across front of house areas, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests.

You will need to be flexible and detailed, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. We are looking for someone who can work in collaboration with all departments to deliver the overall guest journey.
