About the Role

RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in the Physiotherapy department. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a clinical caseload, delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Provide physiotherapy services for both inpatients and outpatients, including pre-operative assessments, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Offer clinical direction and guidance to other physiotherapy staff within the team.
  • Promote a professional and caring environment, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to shift patterns, covering various locations as required.
Requirements
  • Chartered Physiotherapist with significant postgraduate experience in general Physiotherapy, particularly in a specialist area.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
  • Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
