Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join our team at Spire St Anthony's Hospital. As a key member of our intensive care unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective care for Level 2/3 patients in the intensive care unit
  • Conduct regular assessments and reassessments of patients' health and wellbeing needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • Experience in ICU
  • ICU certificate or willingness to work towards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
