Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Luxury Jewellery Sales Advisor to enhance our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and fostering lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients with genuine warmth, actively listening to their desires and preferences to build meaningful connections.
- Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our jewellery offerings, understanding the unique materials and artistry that differentiate our products.
- Sales Excellence: Strive to meet and exceed sales objectives through a consultative approach, providing tailored recommendations that ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service consistently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and memorable impression. Address client inquiries and resolve issues to foster a welcoming environment.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the integrity of our brand through a polished appearance and a genuine enthusiasm for luxury jewellery.
- Team Collaboration: Work in harmony with colleagues and other departments to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably within the jewellery sector, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience with high-end clientele is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and a proactive team player.
- Critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
- A keen interest in technology and the ability to learn new systems swiftly.
