About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.


Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate approach to care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable adults
