The Predictive Technologies PBPK consultancy division at Certara is dedicated to utilizing the Simcyp physiologically-based pharmacokinetic platform to inform drug development strategies from initial discovery through to regulatory endorsement. We are in search of exceptionally talented PBPK modeling scientists possessing expertise in DMPK, PBPK, or biopharmaceutics modeling to enhance our vibrant team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe core duties associated with this position encompass:
- Creating PBPK models for consultancy initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Employing PBPK models for diverse applications, including DDI liability assessment, food effect analysis, and pharmacokinetic predictions in unique populations.
- Contributing to consultancy projects under guidance.
- Staying informed about the latest scientific developments in PBPK and IVIVE.
- PhD in a pertinent discipline or equivalent experience in IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
- Proficiency in PBPK modeling within drug discovery and development contexts.
- Comprehension of IVIVE/drug metabolism/pharmacokinetics.
- Familiarity with simulators and specialized areas within the domain.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with colleagues, clients, academia, and regulatory authorities.
