About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sports and Fitness Activity Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of sports and fitness programs for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a variety of sports and fitness programs, including keep fit, yoga, dance fit, aerobics, Zumba, and Boccia.
- Work with our team to identify and develop new program ideas and initiatives.
- Lead group sessions, ensuring that they are accessible and enjoyable for all participants.
- Collaborate with our instructors and staff to ensure that programs are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports and fitness, and has experience in leading group sessions. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of accessibility and inclusivity, and be able to adapt your programs to meet the needs of our members.
