Senior SAP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with a proven track record in executing comprehensive end-to-end SAP projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant implementation experience along with the ability to lead and manage diverse project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SAP BPC (or BW/HANA) to drive project success.
- Facilitate lateral career progression across various domains including functional, financial, technical, project management, and team leadership.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients at senior levels, establishing credibility as a subject matter expert.
- Actively contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies, sharing insights and expertise with team members.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to advise on BPC implementations and finance & IT strategies.
- Prepare and negotiate complex commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Lead large-scale fixed-cost and time & materials implementations, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Commercial Leadership:
- Identify new business opportunities and leverage professional networks to enhance account values.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is prepared and approved, taking ownership of all sign-offs.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Team Development:
- Mentor junior consultants, guiding them through performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, enhancing skill sets and professional growth.
