About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our domestic team at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the domestic staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the home is clean and well-presented at all times
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the care home
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role, who is able to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
